2024 Canastota Little League Opening Day April 27, 2024

Our day started with a parade of athletes and special guests down Main St. to the Canastota Recreation Fields followed by our Opening Ceremonies on the field.

Thank you to all of our Board members, athletes, parents, family, CLL President Tod Znuj, fans and special guests for making this such a memorable day!

We honored our fallen heros/officers, paid tribute to Vincent Salamone - long supporter of Canastota Little League, expressed out appreciation to the Lions Club and Madison county for their generous grants, and our surprise guest Scooch!!!

The first pitch was thrown out by John Hadyk of the Lions Club for baseball and the legendary Hall of Fame Coach Marcia Laidlaw for softball!

Then, we played ball!
